I had the pleasure of chatting about yoga with a great teacher of mine, Keith Golden. Keith is one of the best teachers I have ever come across and I’m sure one that will just keep on getting better and better. It’s a great honor to be able to go to Keith’s class on a weekly basis and to watch myself grow in the process.
